Because this data comes from our brand partners, the timeframe will vary on how long it takes until this data appears in your dashboard. Most brands provide this information within a 24 – 48 hour timeframe. However, some brands may take 7+ business days to be reflected in your dashboard. This timeframe may also be affected by holidays.

Please ensure a return or reversal did not impact your transaction. A reversal can result in your transaction appearing as a $0 sale/ $0 commission transaction. If there was no return or reversal and you are still not seeing your transaction, please reach out to our team.
